In 2015, we founded K-Build, a young and hungry construction company with deep foundations in our more than 25+ years of combined expertise, our commitment to quality, and our shared drive to exceed clients’ expectations.

We are Ardian and Nik, two brothers originally from Albania, who grew up in the mountains always building and tinkering. As a team, we strive for honesty and clarity. Our first job is to understand the client’s vision, needs, budget, and time frame. We value timeliness, communication, professionalism and the individual nature of each project.

We have been fortunate to work on many exciting projects with excellent clients. Our biggest point of pride is how often our clients decide to work with us again (and again). In fact, the vast majority of our work comes from word of mouth, with our clients referring us to their friends and family.
